Anyone ever use these? I'm talking about the ones that are hinged and flip over after use so you can close the ramp door on an enclosed trailer. They bridge that gap at the back of the door left when the door is resting on the rubber bumpers on flat ground. They look like they would work pretty good.

Thanks for posting that. I never heard of Caliber before. This gives me some new ideas for my enclosed trailer I'll be getting next month.

Here's a link.

Neat looking product, but why not cut a 12" wide strip of 1/2" plywood and attach it to the edge of the ramp with a piano hinge ? It works great and is dirt cheap to do. It's worked well for years for my buddies and now my enclosed is set up the same way.

They need to Design one like that for the gap to deck when the door is open, to keep out snow where the hinges are.

I did my trailer floor with Caliper glides and trackmat. I've also got the hinged pieces for the end of my door, but I haven't had a chance to put them on. Everything else has been working great, so I'm sure the hinged pieces will work fine as well.

Looking pretty hard at these now. Also wondered about a piece of plywood the full width of the ramp door mounted with piano hinge and with Super Glides as I have those on the floor already.I've seen a picture where someone did this and it didn't look too bad.

Mostly I'm interested in these flex-glides. Pretty slick idea.

Yeah, Caliber has a lot of neat stuff.I see Royal Distributing handles their product. Can't seem to find anybody around here that does, think I'm going to order those ramp edge guides from them.

I bought the Caliber edge glides as a present for my husband's birthday...They work great and were easy to install, and they have a lifetime warranty.
