hey guys i ahve a 1998.5 24 valve cummins extended cab shot box two in lift rims 33's it has 260 000 km on it. I want to start cranking out some more power it is getting alittle low for me now. i already have a smarty 60hp injectors cold air intake and 4 inch mbrp exhaust. I no im going to need new tranny so im getting a nadp hevay hauler. No just need more power to put that to the test. ALso my suspension aint that good when you have a 30ft goosneck full of toys on ti she sags her down pretty good. do not want to put air bags. Was wondering if the 3500 dually leafs will bolt rihgt in or if mods will be needed. any input will be appreciated.

i think 2500 hd leafs are very close to 3500. unless yours isn't a hd. what boost are you pushing out of your stock turbo? whats your fuel pressure at?
i would look into a new fuel pump, wire tap box (quad adrenaline, tst, edge) and then a upgraded turbo. bd single, garrett stage 2 is what i ran and loved it, now i run a gt4094r but you would never toy with that big of single

I'm running a fass 150/90 lift pump, Fass is by far your best bet to make sure you have enough fuel for any mods on these 24V's. It's been feeding my Edge Comp with 90hp injectors quite well, haven't starved the VP 44 yet!! I need a different turbo set up soon but don't know what to get either!

scrap the fass pump put the new airdog 2 150 gph just put it on smaller than the fass system so you dont see it hanging down and now there is no need to drop the fuel tank or put the draw straw in your tank way better had the fass on my dmax then went to airdog much more happier and the filters and replacement parts are way cheaper and puts out the same pressures as fass

If you get the 150 GPH pump with 90 GPH body, called 150/90 its the same size as air dog, and slightly cheaper. Cheapest Filters to find for the fass are Fleetgueard from Cummins Western Canada on West end of Edmonton, great deal!!
I agree, stay away from NADP!! They are stupid expensive on everything!!

i run a fass, airdog or a glaicer diesel pump will work fine aswell. you want between 10-20psi for a vp pump mines 18 at idle 15 at WOT, thats with 150 sticks. i feel the same about nadp aswell, they help our sport but not our pockets haha. anymore questions just ask

I gotta Edge Drag Comp box for sale if you are interested c/with Blue Chip cover, it stacks well with the Smarty. Could also work out a deal on a ATS 3 peice manifold.
As to the problem you are having, I'd get in touch with Marko (Smarty dude) and see what he says. Also check around TDR or DTR and search the forums.

Yes the drag comp will work on your truck if it was for a 01-02 you lay need a harness adaptor. It's a little late but Yeah don't try and use 2 can bus fueling devices. You can use a drag comp with the smarty if the smarty is on a fuel only setting so both chips arnt adding timing
