Ok, but what exactly is suppose to do. Thats what im wondering. I sounds interesting but what benefits is it gonna give you in the long run.

Thanks Summitric for all your help recently on my Tire nightmere. Im sure the new ones will work fine. Its a little different for me though as Im always used to big boots on a truck. They are 35" tires though they look smaller with the 20" rims. I did learn somthing though, don't order a truck with the 20" rims. Tough to find tires that work, keep it 18" and order aftermarket. And don't go wider that 12.5" tires as you cannot keep the truck on the highway. It wanders all over with 13.5" tires.

I agree. Have the 20" on my Dodge. Can be a pain in the butt trying to find decent tires. 18" aftermarket rims and tires is a good idea. I do that for my winter tires. Good choice on the BFG All Terrian TA's.

Totally redneck I need one.. One of my next projects. I really liked the larger tire on the truck and I wanted it back so I did get a set of 18" aftermarket rims yesterday to go with the new Mickey Thompson Baha ATZ's 35x13.5x18 LT's Load range E. Summitric helped alot with this decision, thanks, the biggest thing I found is its hard to find large tires with All terrain features with a load range E, these are rated to 3860 lbs per tire. I wanted the Toyo all terrains but there only D rated and most tires that size are D rated unless there a mud tire and not to great on the highway under icy conditions. Below is some pics of the tire and rim, what do you think. Now my Radial all terrain T/A's are for sale for someone with a new ford truck with 20" rims that wants a decent tire. I don't think you will need any lift for the tires so if your interested PM me. They will have less than 500 km on them.

Your closer than me, not worth the 6 hrs of extra driving.
Right now alot of people have buy 3 get the last one Free so its not worth it to me.
Had my truck lifted 4" at Tonka thanks to Greg for the good work.
Got the rims, and the tires are going on today. I'll take a pic when done.
I am selling the 2" leveling kit though.
