I checked out your site. I see there is nothing for Polaris. Are they much different, or you just don't make them?

Are they rubber rimmed? That sounds bad but you know what I mean. Thanks

I bought wheels, pull handle, and a choke lever from Tricked-Toys.com, they are excellent quality, great service, and at a WAY better price. Check out my sled on their customer rides page.

Carefully remove ALL the decals, with out scratching the aluminum, then I used Mothers Billet polish and a power ball on a high speed drill. THe secret is patience, take you time and let the polish do its job. I've gone over it 3 times now, and it is looking pretty good, not perfect, to get it any better I'd have to take it apart.

Very cool job on the polishing.. ya, I just bought that mother`s BILLET aluminum polish yesterday, and gave it a try..does work but, time is the factor, never thought of using the power ball polisher. The only thing I found that, the black residue that comes off the aluminum, covers your rags in a hurry. Just wondering if you use the same power ball for the hole polishing process, or do you change it up?? or clean it during the polishing?? do you apply by hand then powerball it off?? Just looking for some tips..like I said Very cool job polishing...

That dirty residue is the polish doing its job, just keep working it with the power ball, it will eventually pick it all up as it dries, once its mostly clean with the ball, just use a microfibre rag to clean up the edges and corners etc... Honestly, polished aluminum is like a drug, the more you do it the more you need, you might not want to start the addiction, it'll save you many hours of labour and a huge stack of blackened rags.

Their is also a product called autosol it comes in a tube(crapy tire,Bumper to bumper or try napa) the stuff works really well I have used it by hand and with drill polishers, soft polishers work real good on a die grinder if you have one.
