2012 Dodge dually Longhorn (not mega cab). 90 000 km, bone stock. My old man is looking at selling his his truck. To old to snowbird anymore with his health issues. Truck just sitting. Didn't find any info on VMR, Kijiji and marketplace seem to run around the 40k mark, which seemed kinda high to me, but all trucks I've looked at lately seem outrageously priced, guess I'm just out of touch. Seeing if maybe u car gurus have a better handle on it, thanks.

My 14 2500 CTD Mega Laramie, with 200K, was traded 3 months ago. On trade, I was offered ~$50K for it. I know it's all about the difference on a trade, but the difference wasn't so large to make up a abnormally high trade in. It sat on the lot for $3K over what they gave me for a week and sold. They told me there is very limited inventory. Things have cooled a bit, but they were expected once spring comes, there are a pile of people who bought campers/toys, etc this year and sales will be good.

We are looking at possibly buying the mother in-laws 2012 Ram 3500 dually 4x4 unmolested Cummins with 80K km and we're in that $40K range. It's not a Laramie or a Longhorn but prices are definitely high right now.
