old ford radio and lights quit

On the way to work my factory 2003 f250 radio just quit working and the ABS/air bag lights came on the dash. radio still says correct time, just doesn't turn on...

What to check first? any fuses besides the obvious? Thanks... short commute but no radio sucks, ABS would be handy too... oh and the air bags I guess

I had a similar bug back in the day on my 03 and it was the instrument cluster. Installed a used one and was good to go.

truck was DEAD after work due to a command start **** up on my part... got her going this morning and the radio works but still has ABS light and Airbag light on cluster. Ill do some digging into it when it warms up

How good are the batteries? I know some of the 6.4's would act up if batteries were getting old and weak.

changed them last winter from Costco. I have something funny going on for sure. Alternator output and battery load testing tonight as the truck slept in and didn't want to go to work this morning lol
