We deal with sherwood ford and freedom ford... Never a problem with warranty work

Which one is worst for dealing with warranty? Bahahahaha. Let’s get this thread fired up!
Luckily, haven't had many issues.. My buddy who lives in Edmonton and he talks very highly of Sherwood Park Ford.. I've dealt in Drayton and Lacombe lots and they are awesome!
We have a dealership in Calgary that has a 6 week wait list for an oil change - who would buy a vehicle from a dealer with such ****ty service....

Always good laughs in truck brand threads.
Might give Freedom a go. Had a couple others tell me they have had good luck with Freedom.
Truck is leaking air at the top of the door between seals. Can almost put my finger out between the seals. Took a whole bunch of external measurements and compared the drivers to passenger door. Both measure the same on the bottom half of doors. All installation gaps between door and body are perfect between the two. There is however a difference at the top. From what I can tell it's not just a matter of adjusting the door, there is something physically wrong with teh door at the top. Maybe someone yanked the top outwards? It was like this from the lot. To me it seems like it needs a new door. Me thinks I'm going to have a bit of a fight with this one.

Few years ago I had issues with freedom. 6.4 blew up. They replaced on warranty but upper management were pissed that the service manager did it when I had a vmac on it. They fired him. The fan clutch pooched out after. They repaired but wouldn't warranty it. Tech bent the fan slightly during the replacement and took out the rad. Wouldn't replace the rad on their dime.....haven't been back

I use City Ford for servicing, they do a bang up job, Dwayne the service manager is a sledder, treats you good. Will not darken Denny andrews door ever again.

One of my pickups rolled off the lift at Denny Andrews a number of years ago...I have nothing nice to say about that dealer as I’ve never been dealt with like that. Sherwood Ford gives you a fair shake, they’ve built a few trucks for me and look after you.

Denny's is the closest dealer to me, but I have never had that warm fuzzy feeling there. Impetus for this thread was my last experience at Denny's....drove into service bay and got a person who could care less about the recalls and door issue. Told my daughter to get back in truck, told service person to open door and drove out. Not going back.

will be giving them a shot on the next truck, had them quote on my last one this fall and they were right there, bought a koch Athabasca, they have earned my last 1/2 dozen deals. Just would like to be a little more local. As i said before city ford service has treated me good but their sales seems pretty greasy

I use heartland ford in Fort Saskatchewan (where I purchased the truck) have not needed any warranty work yet but been good for me doing general maintenance.

I’ve had good work from Zender in spruce grove(where I bought my 2019 F350). I won’t go back to Sherwood ford though.
