Something to think about when selecting a storage lot.
With all the rain we have had this season so far, my storage lot (a grass field with graveled access) has had to close off a couple areas to prevent damage to the ground, ruts, specifically. We pulled our trailer out at the beginning of July and took it back 3 weeks later to find our usual spot was in the closed off area. There were several other rigs still in there that won't be able to be removed until the owner says its okay. Its a huge lot, so we found another spot on higher ground and let the owner know.
