Looking to put a 2" lift on a 1/2 ton. Never lifted a truck before, but need to get the truck lifted so I'm not high centred and ripping stuff off. anymore. Use the truck for work in the bush.

Just google levelling kits for your truck. Go from there. If you are mechanically inclined one afternoon your done.

Make sure you don't go any higher than you need too because you want to keep the ramp angle on the sled deck reasonable :) Just kidding (maybe).

throw Bilstein 5100 struts in that truck, better than a levelling kit as the strut has an internal bumpstop to stop the front end from topping out. Better ride as well, I ran these on an 08 ram 1500 for almost 100, 000 km on some of the worst roads in alberta. Essex distributors sells them online.
