Looking at 30' gooseneck trailers (25' deck 5' monster ramps) and I'm favouring the precision trailer simply because I already own a bumper pull precision and they are excellent trailers. However, I really like the idea of have a 9' hydraulic beaver tail instead of the monster ramps. Load trail makes a 30' with the 9' hydraulic and precision is only the 5' monster ramps. Since I already know how the precision will hold up, I'm just hoping someone on here can chime in with info on the load trail. I haven't looked at the load trail in person so I'm curious if it's even worth it to look?

I have a 2003 or 2006 load trail bumper pull dump trailer. 7x12 foot.

It has hauled more than it is suppose to many times and the hoist has always lifted.

Been a good trailer. rusted quick, been blasted and painted now.

I have a load trail, 36’ (29’+9’ hydraulic tail). It is an excellent trailer, I have had no problems with it and I love the tilt tail. Bought from 4Cs Trailer sales and they were great. I have had zero issues with the trailer and it pulls great.

Did you find that it rusted out really quick? The Precision trailers have a full rubberized rock guard on the front so they don't have any issue with Rusting. I can't stand it when a trailer is 2 years old and it looks like it's 15 years old

What did it end up costing you to repaint?

Yes mine was rusted bad when o got it.

The blast and paint was worked onto a trade deal form somebody that owed a few favours.

Nothing is cheap nowadays so probably would cost some cash.

I think if galvanized is an affordable option I would look at that.
