The only suggestion I have is to make sure you replace both sides.

CITY SPRING but know what lengths you need and ensure the bolts are long enough I replaced one and the other is still hanging in there after 3 years.... 06 gmc 1500. that reciprocating air hacksaw blade tool from princess made in much easier, cut the bolt on both side of the inside of the spring hanger.
jumped a railway crossing on the way home from work, she got air and man what a bang when the leaf broke!

No doubt, Ford will fix however I'm sure there will be cheaper maybe better options. My preference after warranty is up is to go to the source.. deal with someone who works with springs, in this case everyday.

Ford will only sell you a whole new spring pack, which imo is not necessary, nor is it needed to do both sides. Take it to any reputable spring shop and save money. Warranty? It's just a spring
City spring did a couple of leaves in my F550 a few years ago and they are still hanging in there

I've used City Spring a few times with no issues but they are on the south side. You can check with Truck Zone on 111 Ave as well. I've had them make new u bolts for me so I'm pretty sure they do springs as well.

I was mistaken in this post, it wasn't city spring I used, it was Alberta Spring and trailer, wrong side of the city though

Or the other springs could have smaller cracks in them you can’t see and end up breaking a month from now after spending all that cash to do one.

Are you suggesting that if you see one cracked spring that you should buy new spring packs for both sides on a 2015 pickup? Just curious

Well I think of it it this way for a few reasons. Why did it break? A newer truck spring should never break. Unless it was over stressed. Why would one spring and the others be in perfect shape. Another is that springs will sag over time. Now you’re going to have a sagging spring vs one that is almost like new. Going down the road one will flex more then the other. Last reason is just piece of mind and everything has been apart and inspect and gone together right with new parts. Obviously if the truck wasn’t overloaded and used for work then down time has to play into this. These are just my opinions but it really depends if someone wants to cheap out for whatever reason or to do it right and not have to worry about till the truck sells.

Also source the parts out from everywhere you can think of. Even amazon. I can get struts for one of my vehicles for $300 a piece vs the dealer wanting $800 for the exact same Delco part number of amazon. At least if you use the dealer then you can see what they charge for parts and go from there.
Another place you can go to which I recommend as well as other is Sherwood Park Service. Ric is on here and does good work. His place the Southfort Chev are the only two places I use for my stuff. I’m pretty picky too.

I would agree with Keith. Maybe that's why Ford sells the pack as they have found there are less disgruntled customers (other than the high price of the repair) complaining about service down the road.

Every body is free to spend their money as they wish, send them out for for ndt testing and polish every leaf if you desire. Spring shops have been replacing single leafs as long as there has been springs, to think you need to change a whole spring pack over a broken spring , let alone both spring packs is just a waste of money and I have a hard time believing that either one of you would do it if you were in the same situation. It's really easy spending other people's money. Springs are springs regardless of the manufacturer
