That sounds like a great price you got.
So out of curiosity, I have a 2009 GMC 2500hd with a Duramax and I think it has about 118,000 km. What do you think my truck would be worth?

Depends on trim, L/B or S/B, leather etc.
Whomever paid 20K for the Dodge in this post must really like them, I never would have guessed he'd get that much for a VP44 eating, front end wearing, death wobbling pickup. Should have kept mine, sold it for 8500 with 160 on it a few years ago.

I agree. That is why I am curious what mine might be worth. LOL. Although I sure can't afford a new one.
But, it is an SLT short box. For that year, I don't think it doesn't have an option that wasn't offered.

Right? Cloth interior and the crappy mirrors too. I ended up buying a whole box because the dually flares were so expensive when I busted one on my 99.

I sold my 99 with 380k for $11k 3 years ago. Anyway congrats to the OP you got top dollar for sure.

The market spoke, there is a reason the Dodge's fetch such big dollars. Try and sell a ford or gm of that year/km for that price, you'd need 4 of them.

Actually dollar for dollar the 7.3 was a very sought after truck along with the duramax. One reason being all 3 were very easily tuned up. I still see 7.3's being sold in the 20k range

Options are running low for most people, you'd still be farther ahead buying old then $92000 for new, and held for ransom to run to the dealerships for everything.

There’s no way I would pay 90000+ for a truck. But in the other hand I wouldn’t pay that much for a used truck that’s almost 20 years old.

37K for a 7.3 truck? Holy hell, who wants a clean 99.5 F-350 CC/LB/DRW/Lariat for a cool 25k? Or will trade for Dmax. LMAO, used market is insane.
