IMG_0541.jpg had a 2012 ram 3500 which i head studded and deleted using h&s tuning at 13xxx km and truck never missed a beat and was awesome on fuel soon as it was deleted. i got a 2017 f350 now and have 15xxx km on it and not very happy with fuel economy or the def crap so looking at deleting again, going to use ez lynk as was told this was only way to go. Any body delete there 17 ford yet if so what you getting for fuel economy? and what tuning are you running with the ez lynk?

My truck runs great with it and gets good mileage but I have a Duramax. I don't understand why people will spend that much on a truck and kill the warranty right away. I can understand if you have issues or it is 4-5 years old but that is another thing. What is your mileage now? It is your truck so I'm not bashing you just trying to understand better why you want to do it.

my def has frozen up twice so far and if u wait to delete at 150xxx km the damage has been done. Im usually at 19+ litres per 100 and when it doing a burn i at 25+ litres per 100. My dodge on 37s and 6 lift was usually 13.5 or less 750+ km plus per tank always, my ford i fill it and doesnt even get 600 km to a tank.most driving is 110 115 down highway not speeding and not much if any city driving

I've had my 17 F350 work truck three weeks now and have 5k on it. Every tank has been between 14 and 15 l/100. That's with a high topper and about 1500# in the back all the time. Pretty much the same as my old Duramax before I deleted it at 200k (I only got about 8% mileage improvement deleting). I wonder why your mileage is so bad?

Wants better mileage but installs 35s and a 6" lift?? Spend $2000+ to save $450 bucks in fuel over 30,000km yearly and wipe out your powertrain warranty in the process.

Anyone else see the logic in this?

Delete doesn't mean you will loose your warranty just means you need to find a dealer that won't hang you for it, Iusually delete mine and never had an issue. I'm in 3 deep and haven't had anything denied, had transfer case and front diff issue and all good. Resale is your only problem, keep your take off until truck is sold.totally different drive when deleted, well worth it in my opinion. Delete # 4 coming this spring

Were did i say this truck is lifted merc? Sure dont look lifted? I said my old dodge had a 6 inch lift and was better on fuel then this ford and a stock ford tire is 34.6 and now the truck has 35s other then width tire was the same size by the stockers.

merc cAnt read? Anyone else see the logic in that? mr hot shot if you do a no power/low power tune and Drive the truck like a adult and your not a dink to your dealer they often look the other way

Rollseyes... The void warranty comments are usually from someone who hasnt been in that position before and/or doesnt own a Ford. Ive done deletes on several powerstrokes right off the lot, My own trucks included, there are a couple dealers i have dealt with who even do the deletes on new trucks and no issues going back for warranty stuff, turbos, transmissions, etc. Just need to ask the right questions and go to the right dealer.

As for ez-link software. Azraie with Proven tunes is hands down the guy to go to and hes local to southern AB

I have always sold mine private but when asked on trade the dealers I went to showed to be hesitant on deletes. Tough to send truck south deleted.
