Anyone take a bite on these furnaces on EBay? Thinking of getting one 16000 btu or 19000 btu.....they have "dented" ones on special, it's just for my 20 foot winter travel trailer so capacity is good just wondering if quality is good too, or too noisy, thanks

Capacity is good,my 20' winter trailer is fully spray foamed on the interior it originally had a 12,000 btu,I could heat it with a hair dryer, besides my 26' summer camper has only a 20,000 btu forced air, not sure why everyone thinks it has to be 30,000 to 40,000 maybe for a sled trailer or huge RV

Ya to melt and dry all wet clothing, but you know what you want. Let us know how it works out.

Don't think you'll ever have to worry dry humidity in a sled trailer. Usually see anywhere rom 50-80 R. humidity. Letus know how your 4 hair dryers work out.

It's a travel trailer, that means it's a 20 foot RV.

I'm pretty sure she's not going to be happy if her eyeballs are frozen shut.
A smaller furnace is going to run all the time to keep up in cold weather and too big of a furnace will short cycle. I would think a 20-25,000 btu would be good enough if properly insulated.

It's got 2-3" of spray foam all around it on inside,I already camp iner, just looking for reviews on suburban furnace, and yes I think I'm going for the 20,000 an upgrade to the old untrustworthy 12,000 in it now.

Spray foam on the inside of a holiday trailer?
Yup, works great, has to be fully taken apart though,it's next generation of classy, rather then foamboarding the outside (and can travel down the hi way)
