I'm in the market for a new 24 ft enclosed sled trailer and I am torn between the two models: Triton PR-LB24 or Mission MCH 8.5x24 All Sport. Could anyone shed any light as to reliability, or problems they might of had with each or positives of one brand vs another. Input is appreciated.

Cheers

I have a mission and very happy with it, had a small issue with the rear door hinge, bolt cam out and damaged a inner panel, was replaced no problem under warranty, buddy has the Triton and very happy with his, his is a little pricier by about 8k . You won’t go wrong with either.

I have a mission also. Only mistake I made was not upgrading the skin on the front (thin & dents easily). Been very good so far & happy with the quality.

I now it's not what your asking, but I'm a big fan of the Legend trailers. Take a close look if you haven't. Firefly on here is a dealer and a great source of knowlege

Sledneck what were the issues? Like to know what to watch for I just bought a loaded '14 Mission MCH.

Also does the Mission drain melt water anywhere? The Triton PRLB I believe has a floor drain(s) whereas mine does not appear to have anywhere to drain water, unless it runs out the tie down tracks embedded in the floor. If it needs floor drains I'd like to do it before I spray foam the bottom.

Tin in the front v popped out of molding around the front i thought they would silicone the crap out of it and call it good but they replaced the entire tin for a proper fix, also fixed a speaker. I have bags on my truck so just have the back end lower snd water runs out the rear but was considering adding a floor drain myself

I've put 24,000 kms on my 2015 Triton PR-LB 22 in two years. Haven't really had any issue other than the board on the heater going bad, heater only had a 1 year warranty.

If I did it again, I'd 3M the entire v nose, including the stainless cap. Trailer looks brand new except for the little dings on the front of the V.

i dont think they can 3M steel or aluminum. I know this cause they don't ever do chrome bumpers or even that fake chrome on mirrors. I agree something needs to be done, our front of our trailer is all dinged up. I was thinking sheeting it with diamond plate.

I wouldn't give Triton my money.
My trailer has the paint flaking off the aluminum. Trailer is in excellent condition but looks like sh-t. Spoke with Triton and got the "it's not our fault" line, it is the people they got the aluminum from, that screwed up. Boy that really help me!
Buy Mission it has a better warranty.
