Do you mean the 4 pin plug for trailer wiring? If so the only way to wire it would require leaving the park lights on in your truck to send power to that plug.

ya well that would be fine as i would like it lit up for setting up goose decoys, is it feasible to even wire that into a 4pin plug and have power come through it

I would suggest switching to the 7 pin connector.
Use the 12 volt feed in that connector.
Also you could add a rv brake away battery. Small and light.
It would power the led lights without the truck connected.

Ya it's an open drive on drive off trailer I was gonna mount the lights on my slush guards up high and so I can flip them around for unloading and setting up my decoys, it's on a 7way plug right now for all my brake and clearance lights, I have a light bar on my truck but it does me no good for behind my truck and trailer,

Tap your lights into the 12v power spade on the 7pin

Current shouldn't be an issue if you're using LED lights, especially if you have led tail lights on the trailer now. If you don't want to run a 7 way plug you can tie into the 4 way plug onto the tail light circuit and put a switch inline so you can turn the light bar off when driving down the road. Make sure the switch is water proof since it will be on the trailer.
