60 or 90 hp on aluminum crest liner boats

Torn between a 2017 Starcraft stealth with 60 hp and the 2017 renegade with a 90 hp. the stealth is a 16' and the renegade is a 17" boat. will be mostly using boat for fishing with a little bit of cruising. will be 2 adults and 2 small kids plus gear in boat. there is $1700 difference between the 2 boats. budget does matter for me here. looking for opinions, thanks
