Can these things be fixed? Linkage is tight, box is adjusted as tight as possible, new tires.
It's like pissing up a rope!
Anybody ever add castor to the front end?

have you taken it to a alignment shop and seen what the issue is?

you also stated steering box is adjusted as tight as possible, that can also be a issue,if box is to tight it will seem to wonder and not come out of corners properly, when driving it will make you feel like your always correcting the steering from side to side. also agree with checking alignment

After about 200,000km on my 2000 f250 the front leaf bushings were sacked out, which allowed a bunch of strange axle shifting. It was like driving a wet noodle down the road haha. It was really difficult to pinpoint other than the fact that everything else was tight.

That's exactly what mine feels like.
Its like trying to piss up a rope. Lol
I'll get someone else to do an inspection on it. Maybe I'm missing something.

I've always found the Fords to be like herding cows down the road, new, used, different alignments etc.

To check the leaf bushings, I lifted the front of the truck by the frame. If they are loose, you should see a significant shift as you near the point that the front wheels are about to come off the ground. This is easiest to do if you have a buddy do the jacking while you watch the bushings.
99% of the time, a shop will inspect your front end by jacking under the axle, which won't allow the leaf bushing slop to be seen. Good luck!
