won't start

Hi all
I can't get my 1991 safari 377 to start 3933km on her
she is geting gas high test full tank
she has spark to
I changed the fuel lines cleaned out the carbs put new intakes on her
and she was running great for 3 weeks
comming back from along ride and she would bog down only run half speed
but would idel good.
now she won't start
I was thinking CDI or voltage regulator
put in new plugs to
3 winters ago she would not start one day after running her all day
we towed her in and she would not start for 3 weeks
then one day she started on the first pull
and ran good the rest of the winter

when she was runing first or second pull she wold start

When it wont start are the plugs wet?? This happened to me a few years ago. Bottom of piston skirt broke off and made a small crack in bottom of the casing. the sled would run and idle, just not enough power to move. frustrating but fixed once found problem.
