will the older style polaris pro (2011-2015) A arms fit on the new 2016+ axy chasis ?

I was told tonight that the older pro style front end will fit on the newer style Axys, and that there are some forum members that have made them fit.... can anyone confirm or deny this with any certainty... and i am aware of the spindle swap.

I thought the bottoms fit but not the tops? Just what I heard though, I haven't done it.

I ran the lowers for 1/2 a season but the bushings in the ends closest to the bulkhead are tight for clearance and it is necessary to trim the plastic outer flanges for clearance.
