hey fellas I'm helping a friend get his sled ready ,he had carb issues last season so we figured we deal with it now ,we pulled them and found water sitting behind the carbs in the reeds .I gave the rope a pull and water came out of the reeds ,I pulled the reeds and saw that the crankcase had a substantial amount of water in it .We cannot find the source of how that much water could fill the crank case ,air box was dry ,coolant bottle was full ,carb bowls had a tiny bit of residual moisture and the sled was covered for the off season, we're thinking maybe water in the bottom of the fuel tank and it entered possibly by summer heat and pressure in the tank that somehow got pass the fuel pump and into the pulse line and then entered the crankcase .Is this possible ? it's a late 90's
