Walker Evans needles

ive had some issues with my front shocks sticking at full extension for a split second before it compresses making the sled difficult to ride like that.
It's a 14 assault rmk parked in a heated garage all the time. It's fine for a little while after it's out of the heat then it seems like it gets cold and freezes up
what would that be?

Just went through similar problem. Had one shock that would compress an inch(easy) then stop, there was oil on the no2 side of the floating piston. Got both fronts rebuilt($200). Smooth sailing now
