Valemount will be holding its Third annual Charity Poker Run in participation with ABC Snowmobile Clubs Winterfest Program. ALL PROCEEDs will go directly to the BC Lions Society for Children with Dissabilities.
The Poker Run is scheduled for Valemounts Winter Festival Weekend, Jan 30-31. Great games and fun for all members of the family on Saturday the 30th at the Valemount Cranberry Marsh followed by the Poker Run on Sunday January 31st.
The Poker run begins in the morning and takes off from the Valemount Information Center and utilizes the Westridge Family Loop Trail. The Westridge Cabin is the center point and we will have Hot Chocolate and Cookies for refreshments before continuing on to a outdoor fire and hot dog roast during the prize presentations.
Many chances to win including best and worst hands, most "experienced" and youngest rider, as well as one for MOST DONATIONS COLLECTED.
