Upgrade with error fixes on Sunday

On Sunday, we will upgrade the site to the next stable version of Vbulletin 4.1.7 which has many of the errors that some people have seen fixed. Then from there I can finish the remaining sections and issues from there. The upgrade is a huge upgrade since the new version has been out. We couldn't fix or finish the site until this stable version was released. Thanks for your Patience.

The classified section will be repaired as well so the person that posted a thread can delete it.

Upgrade did not take place yet. Worked with webhost till 3 am doing backups, will do another time. Will schedule in.
