torque specs

doing a top end rebuild on my 2000 700 summit, has 7000 km on it! cant seem to find any threads on what I should be tourqing the cylinders and heads to, also the sequence for head bolts, sorry if they are here somewhere, thanks again

Cylinder is 21ft lbs,install your Y pipe loosely to line up the cyl's.Tighten cyl is a criss-cross pattern.
Cyclinder head is 21ft lbs tighten center 4 bolts in a X pattern then the rest in a circular pattern.
