Hi R W
remember the weak link in the Rhino is the middle gear, there is a lot of torque on the little gear and the engine case.

I wouldnt do 28" zillas on 12" rims. The sidewall will be way to big.

If you go 28" get 14" rims.

Stick with 27s

Stiff

PS dont get sinkhorns. They are great for rocks, hardpacked trails. But thats it. They suck in snow, mud etc.

Anything bigger than what your running, you will be into drivetrain failures. Front locker will strip and axles will break.

Also a point that nobody else knows is that when running a mid travel kit with the extra travel you will more that likely have clearance issues. I have a 3inch kit on my teryx with 27.5inch pitbull growlers (measure 28inches @ 10psi) when the trail speed picks up in the rough stuff the tires rub fenders in the rear. Stock suspension the tires stuff inside the fenders but any wider they may rub/tear up the fenders. If I have on my 26inch tires there is no issues.
