I think that was built on Monster Garage a few years ago. Jesse James raced it against Richard Petty on a Polaris sled. Jesse won, but it was kind of phony....lol. It has 2-7 or 800 cc polaris engines in it, and can retract up under the car.

no, the mini cooper/snowmobile was a "successful" build. it was the sand rail build that he took the gatling gun to.
