SLP hill climb head on 800r - Do i rejet?

Hey guys I recently rebuilt my 08 800xp with cylinders, dual ring pistons, slp hill climb head. I was wondering if i need to rejet my carbs after installing this slp head? im not sure what compression this head is. 13:1? but im looking for some insight on jets will my stock ones work or do i need to up jets and to what size of i need to? thanks in advance guys.

I would call SLP and let them know the engine combination that you are running. They might have a set up for it already. If not I would start by adding a little bigger jet then test.

As per SLP site, up 1 main jet size and .020 needle shim washer under the e-clip needle for non-ethonal fuel and up 2 main jet sizes and 2x.020 needle shims for ethonal - minimum 91 non-ethonal fuel required.

Thanks guys! its a lil underpowered in the bottom end but pulls nice in the top end. until i pull the carbs off for a jet set ill just have to keep my revs up on the hill.
