Shout out to our daughter !

A very proud shout out to our daughter Ariana today . She is a semi professional dancer , and was selected to dance with a business person from Drayton valley , for a charity event.

It is a dancing with the Stars knockoff theme called Shakin 'n in Drayton .

They raise money to build affordable houses for the needy in Drayton valley .
Similar to habitat for humanity ... Which incidentally turned down DV for that program , saying DV was " too small" and would never succeed ....!

Well DV held there own and have built 5 houses so far !!
Thanks to generous people of the area ..
Anyway our daughter and her partner Dwayne Lyda raised a staggering 27000$ for their winning dance last night . As well as going on to win the top performing dance ... All to the beautiful Hotel California ( dads fave ! )in a rumba dance number ...
