Serial Numbers??

When installing an aftermarket tunnel how does one go about getting a new serial number for the sled?

When looking at a sled with an aftermarket tunnel, where could one look to find an alternative serial number. (AKA not on the tunnel) This is on an '07 Rev.

u go to motor vehicle branch and i thnk they issue u a vin number

If memory serves me correctly, I believe you have to call the IBC (insurance Bureau of Canada) in Calgary. They will charge you $53.50, and send a guy out to stamp a new number in the tunnel. Basically the same b.s. as a u-built trailer.
