Seized 03 800HO

Anyone have this happen or possibly know what happened? Riding last year sled run great all day,stopped at the trailer to load. Shut sled off for about half an hour getting stuff ready to load. Started sled up and run it on to the trailer. Woke up next morn fueled up and headed to the hill went to start sled and it was seized solid?? Anyone have any idea of what happened while it sat over nite and seized????

try a couple shooters of vinigar down the cylinders? How was the coolant? sounds as though it was out....

sounds like a hydraulic situation. pull the plugs look at the cylinders the clean one is the problem.

So you figure its a cylinder? How would it just seize sitn over nite? Coolant was good and it is seized solid. I cant budge the primary.
