My buddy has a 2003 Mountain Cat 900 Carb that has some engine trouble. It ran fine on our last trip then all of a sudden no power very boggy and backfires and won't have enough power to engage at 5000 RPM . Both cylinders have about 90 psi + . Exhaust valves are closed ( not stuck open) and the throttle sensor cut out is disconnected ( previous problem) . I wonder if the reed valve is broke ? Any thoughts
