higher you go the richer your mix will be. less air = more fuel.

it could have been to rich and loading up on you. seems like that could be the case.

Thats what Iwas thinking too after the 1st time it happened because we were at 6200 ft,but the 2nd time we were just north of the campground so we weren't that high .The common factors were both times I was going up a steep hill and about an hour and a half into the ride.The problem disappeared as soon as I stopped and started to go again in low then stopped and took right off in high.

well... i think i have your answer because its ben proved over and over again. polaris is the problem. they are immoral and ruining our enviroment! horrible! haha jkjk.:beer::d:beer:

Right, for some reason i get it mixed up all the time without a jet chart... thank god for EFI.... I'm suprised that i have never blown anything up in the mountains over the years.
