My brother took my sled out to ride on the lake yesterday. The belt grenaded and did a bit of damage. The retainer bolt stretched and there was almost a 1/4 inch of play side to side. I went to take the bolt out and it snapped. That's how a found out it was stretched :)
Originally there were 3 washers, the spacer that sits inside the clutch and then larger washer that the bolt tightens up against. When I put the clutch back on I can't put any washers on or else the clutch will have some play side to side.
I know I need to get a hold of an alignment tool to check but I thought I would get some opinions. I've never had a serious problem on this sled in the 3 years I've ridden it.

Mine has two Washers behind the clutch on the shaft. and four on the bolt between the big washer and the spacer. Did come with three both ways. I like a little more free play. And doesnt hurt if you have to much.
