Mountain addiction skid ?

I have a mountain addiction skid I'm trying to put in my 08 d700 but it is to wide to fit, The tunnel is 15.75 wide and the skid is 16. I know the m series sleds had narrower tunnels and I have seen these on the m sleds. Any ideas what i can do, get it machined or do they make narrower parts, I bought it from Rory at Motorsport addiction, I see they are up and going again but not sure if they still sell this skid.

All the cross shafts on the skid could be machined down for your application. We had to do the same to fit the MA skid under Rory's IQR.

Charlie,
Machine the upper shock shaft down to 15.75 and the same with the front shaft that is in the swing arm. Take 1/8" off ea. side , then machine the outer bushings and spacers the same amount. Your two shafts should be a little longer than the bushings so when you install the skid in the tunnel it tightens on the shafts and not the bushings and spacers.
