M8 exhaust temp sensor

I had poor search results so I thought I'd post this up. This is the direct replacement probe for my M8. Same connector, same everything. It's identical. 62 dolla.

Bringing up an old thread here, but kudos to whoever originally found this (whether it was you mdwils or whoever)!! Saved me $100 and a trip to the city! Was a simple plug and play on my '11 M8, same connector even!

2 M8's and an M1000. Never had a failure.

Mine would have been good if I didn't have to beat it with a hammer after heating it up to break the threads loose haha (had to remove it for ceramic coating). From what I've heard it's mainly the wiring at the connector that fails before the sensor itself fails

Mine would have been replaced by a 450 ohm resistor after the second time. Probably after the first actually.

4 were warrantied by cat, im not gonna turn down free parts, this last one was the first i had to pay for, ac delco one is cheap
