M1100t bogging!

Hey guys just looking for some advice I have an 1100t that's bogging when I crack the throttle wide open, I called my dealer they said its probably bad fuel so I changed the fuel and it seemed to work fine. Now I have a turbo dynamic ecu reflash. And it's doing the same thing, our town seems to have ch!t fuel so I've started mixing race fuel. But no luck any ideas on what this could be? Or anyone else having the same issues.

Does it bog right down or does it pop and fart and then clear up. If it is popping and missing you could be hitting the rev limiter.
