Long sleds on short bed trucks...

Hi guys!! Just a new member and before I signed up I saw a thread on guys with shortbed trucks and the lengths allowed hanging out the back. Cant seem to find that thread now....LOL! I was told by an RCMP up in the Greystokes that I cant be more than 1 meter even past the tail lights. Any one know who I could call for sure to verify this length??? It has to be the same for all of BC! Thanks!!!

48" from your taillight or more and you need a flag or a light at the back of your sled. I got a ticket in December with my XP 153 in the back of my 6' box Tacoma.
You're also supposed to have some sort of tie down at the front of your sled, which I never did before.
