Hi-velocity furnace

Does anyone have a hi-velocity furnace in their house? We are looking into this system rather than a conventional furnace in order to eliminate a bulkhead in the basement.
I’m hearing that they can be noisy when fan is at high speed. I’ve heard they are no louder than a traditional furnace when installed correctly.

My big concern is the noise. Any info would be helpful.

Neighbour across alley did one. He had expressed a bit of noise concern but his house was also built so the furnace would not run often. I believe he said you need to speak with someone who knows how to install properly as they will be able to address a proper installation to reduce noise. He no longer lives there otherwise I ask whom he used.

Thanks for your input. I’ve heard the same as well. Makes a bit of noise but depends on the install. I can’t change to conventional of it doesn’t work out or I’m not happy.
