height adjustment ttr 230?

Hello all.

Newbie here, just bought the wife a 2006 TTr 230 without a owners manual.
I would like to lower the seat height of the bike a bit. Is it possible to adjust as is or do I have to buy some parts? Any info would be appreciated, she is a little scared to ride it at the current height, but the excitement level is high!

Have you thought of letting the air out of the tires?

My wife rides the same bike and she was a little scared so I softened up the rear suspention by moving the adjustment nuts on the spring. It will sink down a little farther when she sits on it and ride a little softer. If she's not going off ten foot jumps and doesn't weigh 800 pounds it shouldn't bottom out.
