hard on fuel

help i have a 2010 x 146, i ride in the prairies and cannot get more than 40 miles on a tank of fuel, riding two feet of snow so its working quite a bit but wow cannot go very far and i run out have heard that the gauge is not very accurate but have ran it out a couple of times now,
ride at 1000ft have the 18g pins and on clicker 4 pulling 8100 rpm with a mbrp can, running reg fuel with octane boost as premium cannot always be found, anyone else having this issue or is it just me and my setup, or is it the reg fuel
any and all opinions or advice appreciated

I go about 45-50 miles on either one of mine. I carry a gascan on the rack.

just so you know reg fuel with octane boost wont come close to 91 octane, the booster only brings it up a couple points.

Jet the sled down a bet i think they are pretty fat out of the box that what my buddy done with his.
