Fog lights

Anyone know if my 2000 gmc 1500 would have the wiring for fog lights the fuse box has a spot and looks like there maybe wiring at the mounting spots? Any way to find out if the wires are in the right ???

put a fuse in and check the wires with a test light?

So the fuse box relay center should have power at it already????
