Fish/Depth Finder

I have a older model depth/fish finder in my new to me boat and looking to up grade. Any recommendations or tips on things to look for while shopping around?

I got one without a gps, pretty much use it for the voltage gauge , water temp, and depth

But not sure, have it on auto and seems it's all goofed up sometimes

Like I know it's not 195 feet deep and say 20 feet

Does going fast goof it up, mabe but seems to be when the issue is

Im looking for something with gps, large display would be nice too.

It seems to run ok when im up on step but acts odd when going slower, would like to see more accuracy in the speed and depths.
