bought this 92 500 3 weeks ago for $300 from local Towing business, it was abandened along highway 33. No one reported it. RCMP have no interest in it, no liens. so I registerd it before starting to fix it., 5 yrs ago i traded a nice car for a 488 Trail and rode it 2 yrs before registering it. 2 days after registering it, RCMP came for it., was stolen 7 yrs ago ?but the cop let me remove anything I had put on it. so the nest day they picked up a stripped chassis. ??? and they said I had to take the guy I got it from to Civil court? he still drives my car today..??? so thats why I registered it right away.
anyway. waited 2 weeks found a 650 indy hood., had a new seat cover left from my 500 that burnt last yr. stuck in a new battery and it started 2 pulls, removed all the 650 decals. cleaned it up a bit., and away I went up the trails today. $576.00 invested. some day when I can afford a 4 stroke trail machine, but this will do till then . heres pics the day I got it and today
