End of Month Angels Ride???

I'm trying to plan my month end and rumor has it that our club may have a group ride/hot dog roast etc on the 19th or 30th (sort of an UnChristmas Ride).
Can someone confirm if this is true and what date and time. I need to know fairly quick as we have a conflicting engagement that need confirmed (and I wanna go sledding).

Starting around 10ish at the staging area. Can come whenever you want. We will have the fire going and riding around the trails. Bring the kids out have a fun family day.
