i got an 06 apex gt showing code 12 is the crank sensor bad

i had the same thing on my nytro last year and i changed out the starter solanoid. mine would not crank over though. also make sure your battery is in good condition. if you have a buddy you can "borrow" a solanoid from to try it may save you a few bucks as they are non returnable, they are the same part as a quad but i think the quad ones are a little cheaper. good luck
