Slice and dice some bacon from your slab of bacon while warming up your cast iron pan hopefully with the grease and whatever stuck to the pan from the last time it was used or add some bacon grease from the jar behind the stove in a pinch.

Add your pork chops till they achieve a nice golden color while cracking some peppercorns and salt and add the bacon till it looks right.

Add the cream and horseradish and some salt and pepper while simmering until the gravy thickens.

When the schmaunt fat is ready salt and pepper till it tastes right and add a little horseradish for the side of your plate.
