Brake issues on a 09 850 XP

im having issues with my front brakes, they werent working at all. so i changed the pads and still no action. it feels like once yousqueeze it right to the handlebar at low speed it wants to, otherwise nothing. Any ideas what it could be?

Air in the system. Bleed the brakes.

remove all of the brake fluid from reservoir open bleed screw from the left side calliper put a small hose on the nipple end and force fluid up into the reservoir till you don't see any bubbles close bleed screw do this to all 4 brakes you will need to remove fluid as you add from the brake calliper do not pump brake lever at any time when done fill reservoir then slowly squeeze lever put lid back on and test hope this helps
