we broke thru a beaver dam close to carson lake today, with the groomer , we ribbened it off from both sides
, STAY OFF any bodys of WATER, the early snow on top of thin ice is dangorous guys, GO AROUND .,NOT ACROSS.,
there is a Ford F350 Popsicle in Carson lake too, went in about 20 ft of water last week about 100 ft from boat launch., the poor smucks have been trying to get it out since.

People are crossing just west of the jet boat launch Athabasca and McLeod crossings are flagged. Beware of open water on the Athabasca if you pick your own crossing!

the trail behind Millar Western is washed out, so a detour was made , we groomed it yesterday, hopefully will snow before the rally. the yellow rope is holding up our sign from falling into river..
