I have been asked if the Arm Candy Braces fit the 2019 RMK.
The Arm Candy Braces do fit the new 2019 AXYS RMK a-arms as confirmed with the installation on my personal sled last night
They do fit snug on the powder coated arms and they need to be taped into place with a non-marring dead blow hammer or a steel hammer and a chunk of 2x2 wood to protect the finish.
We have now sold out of the black anodized version but have more on order and should have them in 2 weeks.
The raw aluminum look good too as they tie in with the aluminum of the tie-rods. Stock is available for these.
The second question I have been getting is " are they even required with the new design?"
Polaris made these arms as weak as the original design but being slightly shorter they will have a little less leverage on them. Still if you catcha rock with the skag, they may fold. If they fold you may destroy your shock too. Also as it is a new design they may be hard to find and your season may be put on hold for a while. So better safe than sorry.
Again we did not have any reports of bulkhead damage while using these and we sold many. The arms still collapse on big hits just not the unnoticeable little hits.
$199 for the raw aluminum and $229 for the black anodized.
